Goodwill Industries of SE WI is seeking a Director of HR Business Partnerships to support Retail Services and provide leadership for the HR Generalist team! Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of championing long- and short-term business strategies including high complexity department, cross-functional or multi-location projects and improvement initiatives. Strong candidates will also be able to utilize creative methods to address the needs of Retail Services as it relates to people and will have experience in resource planning, organizational design, and succession planning as well as lead and develop a dedicated team of generalists.
